FINAL TITLE OPINIONS

If you would like for us to prepare your Final Title Opinions for you, please use the following checklist of items you will need to send to us:

___ Premium Check

___ Lien Waiver  (If the lien period has expired, please let us know)

___ Copy of Hud-1 Settlement Statement

___ Recording Information or copies of recorded documents

Please mail the items above to our office or you may call or e-mail us when you have the packets ready and we will pick them up!

Upon completion of the Final Title Opinion, we will e-mail them or hand-deliver them to your office for your review and signature. Upon receiving your signature, we will immediately issue the Final Title Policies.
